Dallas – June 27, 2012 – Representatives from Corepoint Health are in Chicago at RSNA 2012 (booth #5514 in South Hall A) to demonstrate how an increasing number of radiology practices and clinics are using Corepoint Integration Engine to improve workflows and to electronically connect to the referring medical community.

Representatives from the Corepoint Health team will be at RSNA to discuss how radiology practices are helping the referring medical community meet their Meaningful Use goals, including the ability to interface directly with their electronic health record () system.
Corepoint Health customer Wayne Wadsworth, Senior Systems Architect at DRA Imaging in New York, said the ability to easily exchange data between internal and vendor applications has helped them increase patient satisfaction and offer premium services to their external referring medical community.
“DRA Imaging plans to use Corepoint Integration Engine to improve our billing workflows even further by more tightly integrating with our hospital partners to achieve a more streamlined charge collection process,” said Mr. Wadsworth.
Additionally, Julian Gottesman, Chief Information Officer at DRA Imaging, said the capabilities Corepoint Integration Engine provides allow them to proactively plan for future offerings.
“Providing real-time work queues are envisioned for improving the workflows of our patient’s journey through our facility. Ultimately this will allow us to proactively serve our patients’ needs best, providing ‘just in time’ actionable data,” said Mr. Gottesman.
